Both branded and private label products are part of the
strategy
to broaden the distribution of superior products not before
available to the consumer. Products under development
include a sun screen, a bug bite salve, a lip balm
and a runner's foot aid.

Bill
Lyke, Chairman & CEO
has over 35 years in advertising,
marketing
and
publishing.
He has worked at major
agencies in
Chicago such as BBD&O, Leo Burnett,
J. Walter
Thompson and NW Ayer with extensive package
goods
background on clients like Alberto Culver,
7-UP,
Uncle Ben's Rice and Pepsi.He had his own
sales training
business, providing services to Time,
Inc., McGraw-Hill
and Tribune Company. He has held
sales and operational management positions in the
publishing industry at both Times Mirror and Hearst
where he worked with major retailers such as
Walgreen's,
Target, Longs Drugs and American Stores.
Additionally,
he was president and partner of the ad
agency Zechman,
Lyke, Vetere; sold television time
for ABC-TV in
Chicago; and owned his own magazine advertising sales
firm in the southwest. Bill received
a BA in English
from Loyola University in Chicago.
Bill's family including children and grandchildren
have used Norske Skin Therapy for over 10 years. "It's
a staple in every family members' medicine cabinet," he
says. "It's been a very effective treatment
for a wide variety of damaged skin conditions."

Dennis
Kendrick, Creative Director
Originally
trained in graphic design, Dennis has been
involved
with computers since 1989, initially attracted by
its animation capabilities. He
has since gone on to design and produce dozens of
CD-ROM products,
web sites, animations, presentations and print
media.
In his pre-computer days, Dennis illustrated
over thirty picture books for children. Clients included:
HarperCollins, Avon Books, Lippincott, Parents Magazine
Press and McGraw-Hill. He also did humorous illustration
for many major magazines as well as for international
corporations. Dennis' paintings are part of the U.S.
Air Force’s
permanent art collection and have been shown at the
Society of Illustrators in New York City.
Dennis lives in Greenwich Village with his wife,
illustrator
and watercolorist, Andrea Brooks.
